SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. This timeframe will vary from the same day to 4 business days for a standard order (orders that do not contain any personalized products) from the moment payment is received. However, if this timeframe cannot be met, we will contact you to inform you of the new delivery date and request your confirmation before shipping. During promotional periods, delivery times may be longer due to the high volume of orders.
Delivery times according to location are as follows:
Item in store: Shipping within 1-2 days after payment is received.
Item in secondary warehouse: Shipping within 2-4 days after payment is received.
Out-of-stock items: MAXIMUM 15 days, always notifying the customer and maintaining contact to keep them informed about the status of their package.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
HOME DELIVERY: You will receive your order at the shipping address you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
From the moment you receive the shipping confirmation, shipments will arrive at their destination within 48-72 hours, except for the Balearic Islands, where it may take up to 7 days.
Once the order leaves our warehouse or store, the contracted shipping company becomes responsible.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your order, the maximum period for returns is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. If it is found that the product has been used, tampered with, or damaged due to negligence or any other factor, the return will not be accepted. Items purchased on demand and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
****Electrical components (control unit, throttle, motor, etc.) are non-returnable.***
If payment was made by credit card or PayPal, we will refund the product amount to the same card or PayPal account (minus the PayPal transaction fee). If payment was made by bank transfer, we will credit the amount to the bank account you specify.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Procedure
The customer may return the item through any legally accepted method, including the following:
A. Call us at +34 937 074 988 or email us at info@start-bikes.com or contact us at the following postal address: C/ Barcelona, 50 Argentona, Barcelona, to request a return or exchange. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Return shipping will be handled by the carrier specified by start-bikes.com, unless the customer indicates they wish to use their own carrier, provided they notify start-bikes.com so we can confirm receipt of the shipment. Returned items can also be dropped off at our physical store.
B. The return must include the item, fully sealed, along with all boxes and bags.
C. Once we receive the package and verify that it contains the items described in section B, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm your return. We will then process your refund, deducting the return shipping cost of €6.
